Job Description: As a Customer Service Employee in Insurance, you will be the first point of contact for our valued policyholders. Your primary responsibility will be to handle incoming inquiries, provide accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will become an expert in our insurance products and policies, enabling you to assist customers effectively and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and online channels.

Understand customers’ insurance needs and offer suitable solutions.

Address inquiries, policy changes, and billing questions promptly and accurately.

Resolve complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism.

Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate policy adjustments and claims processing.

Maintain accurate customer records and update policy information as needed.

Keep up-to-date with industry knowledge and stay informed about our insurance products.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred). Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [Language(s)]. Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers. Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software. Strong time management and multitasking abilities. Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance industry, is a plus.

Insurance Advisor (Sales Agent)

We have too many leads and referrals and need more advisors!  Do you have experience in either Personal Lines (homeowners, auto, boat…), Flood Insurance or Commercial Insurance?   • Advise clients on policy changes based on their risks
  • Answer policy questions for clients
  • Re-market/quote accounts when needed
  • Renew client accounts throughout the year
