Hi, I’m Jade Lofton, a Customer Service Representative here at Creswell Insurance. I’m originally from Henderson, Tennessee, and I take pride in being someone our clients can count on for guidance and support. What I love most about my role is helping customers find the best solutions for their unique needs—being part of that decision-making process is incredibly rewarding.

Outside the office, you’ll usually find me cheering on the UT Vols during football season, spending time in the backyard grilling with my family, or playing with our three dogs. I also love spontaneous day trips—any excuse to explore somewhere new and make memories!

On the quieter side, I enjoy puzzles and can get completely absorbed in a good crime or history documentary. They keep my brain engaged and curious—kind of like this job! Whether I’m solving a puzzle or helping a client with a policy, I’m always up for the challenge.
